Shipping:

• Products are shipped within Australia and Internationally by best means available.
• Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
• Please note for shipping purposes, batteries are classed as hazardous goods and must be sent using hazardous chemical couriers. These couriers do not deliver as frequently as regular couriers, so please allow about 1 week for battery deliveries.
• The cost of shipping is minimum $25 or 1% of total purchase whatever is higher. Purchase over $10,000 receives free freight.
• For shipping outside Australia, please contact us prior to placing your order. Overseas orders can only be paid by direct deposit or wire transfer into our bank account. Insurance of item(s) is offered as an optional extra during the Solar Guru order and payment (checkout) process.
